Breathwork

Transformational breathwork is a powerful practice that helps release emotional blockages, facilitating deep healing and personal transformation. By accessing altered states of consciousness through intentional breathing, it promotes self-awareness, inner clarity, and a sense of wholeness. This practice also supports stress reduction, emotional balance, and enhanced connection to one’s authentic self.

FAQs

Where should I plan to fly into and when?

It is best to fly into Liberia airport (LIR) in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. You’ll want to arrive by 3pm local time on Monday, April 8th so that you can hop on board our private shuttle that will bring us to Nosara. Flights are not included in the price, but the airport transfer is included.

What is the weather like in Nosara in April?

It is expected to be sunny with up to 95° temps during the day and around 70° at night. It’s very humid - we’ll be in the middle of the rainforest!

What should I pack?

Plan to bring a valid passport, your yoga mat, sunscreen, bug spray, swimsuits, workout clothes, beach towel, water bottle, sneakers (or shoes to hike in that you don’t care if they get muddy), hat… we will send over a comprehensive packing list the week prior to the trip so you can be prepared!

Will there be WiFi?

There will be WiFi, but please remember that we recommend you take this time to intentionally unplug from the busy-ness of your everyday life. We will be in the jungle so the WiFi will be much less reliable than what we might be used to in the US — perfect invitation for a digital detox if you ask us :)

Do we need to get travel insurance?

We do not provide travel insurance. Though we recommend to get it, it’s not required.

Do we need to exchange currency ahead of time?

There are plenty of ATMs at the airport and in Nosara and most places accept USD.

What is your refund policy?

We doubt you’ll want to cancel a trip of a lifetime, but we understand that life happens. Once paid, the deposit for the retreat is non-refundable. If you pay in full, you will receive back 50% of the total cost if you cancel within 30 days of the trip. If you cancel within 15 days of the retreat, you’ll receive 25% of the total cost back. There will be no refunds if you cancel 15 days or less prior to the first day of the retreat.
