I have created this training to introduce, explain, teach and practice breathwork techniques, patterns and methods that can facilitate healing and transformation. You will learn breathwork techniques that allow you to experience calm, relaxation, and stillness, as well stimulate, energize and revitalize your senses. In addition, we will spend most of our time and focus on transformational breathwork, a technique that allows us to access an alternate state of consciousness, in a safe and supported way.

Moreover, our breathwork teacher training offers a supportive community of like minded individuals who are on a similar path. You will have opportunities to connect and share and receive ongoing support and guidance.
