About Lane
We are all on the path, and I am here to share what I have learned along the way. After playing division one lacrosse and receiving a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University, I hit the road, headed west. My "career" started out working with severely emotionally disturbed adolescents, which taught me that we all have different ways of thinking, feeling and relating. In addition to working with the kids, I began teaching yoga as a way to stay grounded. Wanting to learn more, I went on to get a Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University as well as completing numerous breathwork teacher trainings. With theoretical knowledge at hand, I was longing for some experiential wisdom, so off I went to meet some people. I journeyed to Bali to learn from traditional healers, to Peru to work with shaman, and to India to learn the ways of the Guru...and what I gathered from these experiences, is that everything you need to know, already exists within you.
